These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the tgbat platform and its users. By accessing the tgbat website (tgbat.cam), creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds will only be accepted from a method registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used at the time of deposit.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• In exceptional circumstances (identity verification, suspicious activity), withdrawals may be delayed.

4.3 Currency and Amounts

All transactions on the tgbat platform are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits in foreign currency are not accepted.

tgbat offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is: 15 times (15x).
• The welcome bonus applies only once and only at the time of the first deposit.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has a set validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Misuse or attempted manipulation of bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
• The original deposited amount cannot be withdrawn either until bonus wagering is complete.
• tgbat reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.

5.3 VIP Program

tgbat has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Tiers are determined based on regular gaming and betting activity. Bronze tier members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver tier members receive up to 0.7%, and Gold tier members receive up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Rejection

tgbat reserves the right to accept, modify or reject any bet. Bets accepted in error due to technical faults or system issues may be cancelled.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Draws

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event ends in a draw, the result will be determined in accordance with the betting rules.
• In live betting, tgbat's decision is final in the event of score discrepancies or disagreements.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

6.4 Match Fixing and Fraud

7.1 Fairness of Game Results

All casino games on tgbat are operated using secure and tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The result of every game is completely random and does not depend on any previous result.

7.2 Game Cancellation or Interruption

• If the internet connection is lost, the game will resume from the last saved state in the system.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault, the stake will be refunded.

7.3 Game Provider Terms
